Martin Friedl

Martin Friedl is an entrepreneur, facilitator and executive coach with over 15 years of management experience in international companies (including Strategic Management, Red Bull Germany; Commercial Director EMEA, Lagunitas/Heineken). As an expert in transformation, he supports organisations, teams and managers through complex change processes, develops clear transformation pathways, combines strategy with operational implementation, and ensures sustainable results. He has extensive experience with change processes in leadership roles and supports managers in successfully shaping changes at the personal, team and organisational levels. As part of this, he integrates the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) into his work to deliberately develop skills such as self-leadership, clarity, empathy, collaboration and systemic thinking in a targeted manner – to embed change more deeply and make it sustainable in the long term. 

He has been passionate about working with event formats for many years, because the direct impact of even small interventions becomes particularly clear and tangible at events. He designs, curates and realises high-profile events, workshops and experiences – all with a strong focus on creativity, detailed content and excellent quality. His formats are characterised by a complex interplay of strategic clarity, inspiring design and sustainable impact, and have set international standards. In doing so, he focuses on designing and moderating group processes in such a way that genuine spaces for dialogue are created, creative dynamics are encouraged, and events develop a clear depth of content as well as a palpable energy.
