Marian Rappl

Marian Rappl has been Managing Director of the Association of the Bavarian Energy and Water Industry (VBEW) since 2024. He has represented the interests of 415 Bavarian member companies with clarity, expertise and impact. The historian and political scientist started his career at Allianz AG. In the energy sector, he has worked both on the federal association of gas and water management and on the corporate side at Amprion, RWE Vertrieb and innogy since 2001. After that, he was responsible for communication and lobbying at the Print and Media Association in Bavaria. With clear knowledge of the power of networks, he positions people, companies, and organisations based on clear strategies, with innovative measures, and with demonstrable success.
